Returns & Exchanges

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you do need to make a return you can begin the process online.

• Return must be initiated within 30 days post purchase.
• Items must be in original condition without signs of wear or use.

Final sale, engraved styles, and mystery items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Exchange once returned

• Once we receive your original item and process your return, an exchange order will be created.

Return Options

Refund - A return for refund will go back to the original payment method used on the order. Please note, if you used a gift card to pay for a portion of the purchase, it will be refunded before your credit/debit card. 

Return Processing

Once your return is received to our warehouse it may take 5-7 business days to process. All returns are quality checked once received. Refunds are dependent on the condition of the return and may be rejected if the return is deemed improper.
